Diljale (meaning "Braveheart" in Hindi) is a 1996 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed by Harry Baweja and produced by Paramjeet Baweja under the banner of Baweja Movies. The film stars Ajay Devgan, Madhoo, Sonali Bendre, and Parmeet Sethi in lead roles.

The story revolves around the tragic consequences of Raja Saab's (Shakti Kapoor) ambition and greed. In his quest for power, he frames Shyam's (Amrish Puri) father, a respected doctor, as a terrorist and gets him killed. This act of injustice ignites a fire of vengeance in Shyam's heart.

Years later, Shyam returns to India as a hardened terrorist named Shamu. He is determined to avenge his father's death and bring Raja Saab to justice. He infiltrates Raja Saab's household, posing as a mechanic named Arun.

Shamu soon forms a bond with Raja Saab's daughter, Radhika (Sonali Bendre). They fall in love, unaware of the secrets that lie between them. As their love deepens, Shamu's resolve to take revenge begins to waver.

Meanwhile, Raja Saab discovers Shamu's true identity. He is enraged by the thought of his daughter falling in love with the son of the man he wronged. He tries to separate them and expose Shamu's true motive.
